I’ll come to your kitchen with all the ingredients for a few simple recipes to help you feel vibrant and alive. We’ll talk about nutrition, basic cooking technique, and how to keep things simple and practical. You’ll walk away with a list of foods to include in your regular rotation, individualized nutrition tips, and the tools (and confidence!) to make healthy cooking choices for you and your family.

- bone broth 101
- maximizing your Instant Pot use

- simple meals for busy families
Lessons generally last about 90 minutes and are customized to your needs and skill level. Wanna invite your friends and have a group session and split the cost!!!!? Great idea! Please keep in mind that I limit sessions to a max of 3 people for max fun and information sharing.
Lessons are generally available Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Burns Lake area.
