We are all on a journey toward optimal health, and changing what (and how!) we eat plays a significant role in whether we are able to experience that optimal health. Sometimes changing what we eat and how we live is driven by a scary diagnosis, sometimes it comes when we don’t feel our best and our doctors can’t seem to find anything wrong, and sometimes we simply want to know the best way to eat for our specific body. There is lots of conflicting information out there about health and wellness, which can be really confusing. I can help.
